Hackathon Tilburg

The Hackathon Tilburg is a formal event organized by Asset | Econometrics, Asset | SBIT and D.S.A. Pattern together. The Hackathon Tilburg is the new hands-on event for Tilburg University students interested in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The Hackathon Tilburg will take place during one day and will consist of three different hackathon cases taking place simultaneously. Each case is provided by one of the companies and has a subject related to sustainability. The goal of the Hackathon Tilburg is to let the students experience the possibilities of data science and artificial intelligence in practice. During the hackathon they have the opportunity to learn hard skills like data preparation and programming as well as soft skills like presenting and pitching their ideas. Next to these learning objectives, the students also get the chance to work together with company professionals.

The Hackathon Tilburg committee is responsible for contacting companies who are interested in participating, arranging the location of the event, and promoting the event amongst all Econometrics, IT and Data Science students!

The Hackathon Tilburg will take place on Tuesday September 22, 2020.
