Lunch Lecture

On Tuesday May 24 from 12.30-13.30 hours the first ever lunch lecture will be held at the University. At this lunch lecture, the company Xomnia will give a talk while you have the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious lunch including a sandwich, fresh orange juice and fruit. 

Xomnia: Impact with AI

Xomnia aims to be the leading AI consulting company that empowers people, society, and businesses to responsibly seize the opportunities offered by data and AI. In this lecture, Xomnians will give you an insight into the possibilities of using techniques such as neural networks at KLM, time series at Vodafone and Ziggo, and recommender systems to solve problems.

This event is especially focussed on third year plus bachelor and master econometrics students, however, everyone is free to join. Do not hesitate to register since there are only a limited number of spots available for this lunch lecture.

Registration
All econometrics students who are in their second or third year or master interested can register! However, please note that if we have over 30 participants, master students will be given priority.  We will let all second and third year students know the weekend in advance whether you have been selected.
